Please note that we do not accept Medicaid or HealthKeepers. We apologize for the inconvenience. ReEnvision will file insurance claims on your behalf. Depending on your health insurance benefits, you may be responsible for a deductible or copay at the time of your appointment. We will work with you to help you understand these costs.

Self-Pay Pricing

To help make physical therapy accessible for all, we offer competitive self-pay pricing for our services. Each appointment is approximately 40 minutes long.

Initial Visit: $110

Each Follow Up Visit: $90
